Roti Tawar

Resep Roti Tawar
bikin 1/3 resep (tapi lupa ukuran cetakannya) jadi deh 1 roti tawar besar, cukup untuk dua hari.. satu tips spy roti ga basah dalamnya: jangan potong saat roti masih panas, karena dijamin roti masih basah dengan suksesnya, he he he

Ingredients:

Untuk 5 buah roti tawar @ 500 gram
Cetakan roti tawar open top 22 x 12,5 x 8 cm

Terigu Cakra Kembar 1500 gram
Ragi instan 22,5 gram
Air 930 gram
Gula 75 gram
Garam 30 gram
Susu bubuk 60 gram
Shortening atau blue band juga gpp 40 gram
Bread improver 4,5 gram

Directions:
1. Campur semua bahan kering. Masukkan air, aduk hingga adonan menyatu Masukkan shortening, aduk hingga kalis.
2. Istirahatkan kurleb 10 menit.
3. Bagi adonan dengan berat 500 gram, lalu bulatkan.
4. Istirahatkan lagi selama kurleb 10 menit.
5. Buang gasnya, lalu gulung, kemudian masukkan ke cetakan roti tawar yang sudah dioles dengan pemoles loyang.
6. Istirahatkan selama kurleb 90 menit hingga adonan cukup mengembang.
7. Panggang di oven pada suhu 220 derajat Celcius selama 25 menit.
